"Armed police" have locked down a road outside a school in Essex this morning (Tuesday, January 16).
Cops cordoned off Ronald Hill Grove near West Leigh School in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, after they received reports of an "incident", reports EssexLive. Emergency helicopters were also seen overhead.
